OnTrack says it delivered, but no evidence of it

This review is for shipment. OnTrac was unreliable and they said that the shoes were delivered on Sunday to the lobby of building. You cannot get into the building without having a security guard letting you in. Went to the building and was let in and asked if anything was delivered. They said no. This isn't the first time OnTrac lost my packages. DO NOT have them be your delivery default. Pick up at a store if you can. So I wish I could comment on the shoes itself...but sadly I can't.
