Slick, literally.
These boots are beautiful and very comfortable but beware of how slippery they are. I slipped and fell twice in one night while wearing these. I’m hoping that replacing the sole with something with more grip will help.

Inaccurate Shaft Height
I bought these to go with a short dress I have. After the Sam Edelman Sylvia boot with a shaft height of 16.5” unflatteringly hit at just at the bottom of my kneecap, I ordered these Stuart Weitzman Naomi boots instead since the shaft height was listed as 15”. Perplexingly, they hit at just the bottom of my kneecap as well. The knowledgeable Nordstrom salesman Frank laid them side by side when I returned them and confirmed they were the same shaft height. I am disappointed because these boots were exactly what I was looking for if only their shaft height measurement were accurate. For reference I am an athletic 5’3” and wear a 28” - 30” inseam.

Love them
Love these boots - they’re so different from anything else I have. Love the patent croc embossed brown color. I was worried the calf shaft would be too tight or not fit. I did size up half a size precisely because of this worry and they did fit my calf while wearing a pair of skinny jeans. The height is perfect and comfortable to walk in. I hope to have these for many years to wear.
