Never received
I have been waiting for this product. Should have arrived yesterday so I looked at the tracking, it's been sitting, not moving. No other update. On website my order says returned. Called, order was damaged so it had been returned and I've never received any notification. Kind of annoyed with the lack of communication, as I have been waiting to replace boots that have been damaged by a dog. I have been wearing flats to work in Michigan snow which is extra frustrating.

awesome addition to winter wardrobe
These boots are so pretty. I have a slightly wide foot and these fit well although after quite a bit of walking, I wish they were a tad wider. A thicker sock would help but there’s not really extra room for that. A bit more padding on the footbed would also be nice but overall, I wont hesitate to wear these as much as possible this winter. I agree with the suggestion to size up if you want thick socks.
