Bad shoe, worse store service
Love these shoes, ordered them online, wore them ONCE to my corporate office building - the sole started to peel off from the point of the toe and the heel tip FELL OFF. I took them back to Nordstrom Rack asking to return them because no shoe should only be able to withstand a single day’s worth of wear. The store manager, very condescendingly, told me shoes can only be returned in the condition which they were purchased, and that it was “probably the way I walked” that caused the damage. I have been a Nordstrom disciple most of my adult life, but I will no longer be supporting the Rack business after this experience with poor product quality and even poorer customer service.

stylish but BEYOND UNCOMFORTABLE
These shoes look amazing but they were the most uncomfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. My feet wore swollen and blistered after a few hours of wearing them. So painful and not worth it.
