Cute! But...
These are very cute and comfortable. However, they are not "patent leather" because they are not leather at all. The sticker on the bottom of the sole says All Man Made Materials. I bought these as I prefer to wear only leather shoes since they can be broken in a little. Still on the fence whether I will keep them because, in my experience, polyurethane/vinyl/plastic doesn't wear as well or last as long as actual leather.
