Dislike ankle strap
I ordered these online. they are very shiny patent leather. The fit was comfortable. The ankle straps were a problem, they are Velcro which is great in theory, but there is no room to adjust the tightness around the ankle. The ankle straps were way too big, so I had to return.

beautiful, comfy. arrived damaged
I’m sad because these fit my wide feet and were really comfortable but I had to return due to them being damaged. Luckily I did in store pickup and tried on in store. They took them back without any hassle. The sales representative was really helpful and sweet.
