Gillie Block Heel Platform Sandal (Women)

I have an upcoming wedding and needed to find shoes and a dress. I knew I could count on Nordstrom Rack. I purchased 5 pairs of shoes and these were the ones that I kept. They have a nice, stable heal and the insole is well cushioned. I typically wear between a 9-10 in shoes or a size 40 EU. They didn’t have a 40 so I bought the 41 and although they’re slightly too large for me, they were true to size and very comfortable. If they had a 40, I would have bought them but these were still the winning shoes. They looked great with my dress and I feel I’ll be able to dance all night long in comfort and style. I highly recommend these shoes. I think I’ll be able to get a lot of use out of them beyond the wedding, too. They’re a steal on clearance if they’ve got your size. I'm normally an 8.5-9. These run short and wide- my heel was coming off the back, and toes were not held in by the strap. The color is not a cool silver/pewter; it is more of a warm champagne. They absolutely did not look like the price charged; the glued on sole made them appear like sub hundred dollar shoes.
