worst packaging
The shoes are adorable. This review is regarding the packing and shipping. I get that the rack is a discounted store/ website, but I have never ordered a pair of shoes that didn’t at least arrive in a shoe box. The shoes were shipped in a bag and arrived smashed. They didn’t even have the tissue packing inside the shoe to help hold its shape. Again, I understand this is discounted, but I still expect better from Nordstrom. Shame on whoever shipped these.

I’m so sad I waited to long to return them. Super cute but not functional. I normally wear size 9 & went down 1/2 size. They fit perfectly with a pair of socks but by the end of the day they had stretched out so much I had to wear 2 socks. Even worse they’ve stretched out to much I can barely walk in them. Doesn’t help that they don’t bend or arch so you have to sorta walk a little funny. I wish I hadn’t waited so long I could have exchanged them for a size 8
