Not As Described
I received a used pair of shoes with no box and creases along the toe. I looked inside the sole and it says that it is man-made upper. I went back to the listing and noticed that in one of the photos that is visible, but in the actual description, it says leather upper. I called customer service and of course there is not a leather option and there was no discounts given for a used pair of shoes and a synthetic upper. The shoe is not available anywhere in my size and this is the look I was going for. I usually get great customer service, but found the woman that helped me was unwilling to work with me on the crap shoes I was sent. As always, docs run huge, these are no different.

Clunky shoes
I bought these loafers for the office in my usual size in docs. However, they are very clunky. My heel always slipped out of the shoes when walking. If I had sized down, the shoes would’ve been too tight. I returned them.

Not Leather, HUGE
These shows are falsely described as leather. They are Vegan. The sizing is way off - they are HUGE. Customer Service would not waive the restocking fee even though they were not as described.

Vegan, not leather
These are vegan, not leather, they are a half size larger than the usual Doc sizing. The sole is heavy and doesn't bend, so the heel pulls off when walking.

Very Specific Look
Nice looking shoe but is synthetic, not leather as described online. I'm usually US 9 in womens. This shoe fits larger like unisex sizing. Added insole from another pair of Docs and they fit fine. Quad sole is heavy.
