Unfortunately, employee stuck a wrong label of shoes size and made a mess .
Ordered 10.5 and received 9.5
Definitely returning it .
They should carefully review what they pack for their customers
This is unacceptable and on top of all this , they send shoes without boxes at Nordstrom so expect more defective and scratched items to receive .
