super cute and comfortable
These are the absolute best pumps for work. They are comfortable to walk in for extended periods or distances and are stylish. I feel like I look as good as if I am wearing a stiletto but without the discomfort

Poor Quality
I bought my first pair of these heels in March of the year. Absolutely loved them. I could literally walk for miles in these shoes. The gold decoration piece on the heel broke two weeks after I got them. I was so sad. I went back online to find my size was gone so I went and bought them on the website directly through Nine West. Got my new pair and BAM the gold piece broke on the heel on the new pair of shoes. At this point, I wrote an email asking for a refund or a new pair. Because I had worn them, I was not eligible for any refund or new pair. Instead they gave me a coupon. No thanks, I’ll spend my money on a new brand that cares about quality and customer service.
