Fave shoe, but Nordstrom sold me worn heels
Sam Edelman’s Hazel heels are my very favorite and I was really excited to buy them in this color. I was horrified when they arrived WORN! The suede was worn away and the soles had staining as if someone had been wearing them for weeks. Then, Nordstrom had the nerve to add a brand new sale sticker on top of the old glue patches from 2 previous sale stickers that were disgusting and dirty. I normally wouldn’t leave a review, but I returned these to the Nordstrom rack in West Hartford and they said that this happens sometimes. If you order a size 11, and this happens to you, know that you got the same pair that I did.
