Super cool and very sturdy, these shoes are on point style wise. They are true to size, made to last, and will look fantastic with the new barrel-leg and wide-leg jeans and pants.

clown shoes
I don’t know what is wrong with me and Dr. Martens. I usually wear a 6.5 and if I have to I will size up to a 7 in certain shoes. I had a pair of boots in size 6 and way too small. So I bought these in size 7 because there are no half sizes. And when I tell you these were clown shoes I’m not even joking. They were at least two sizes bigger.

Insoles not removable as advertised
Using my own insoles is critical in shoes I buy. This is the third pair of shoes this month I’ve bought here that advertises removable insoles and they are not!! So tired of wrong product descriptions. I did not bother to try on these shoes so ignore my rating of fit as Rack requires that in order to post this review Buyer beware.

super cute BUT
These shoes are super cute but a much tighter fit. I own two of the Mary Jane styles and the size 10 is spot on. These how ever run more narrow- I wished I had returned and sized up to an 11 because they are so cute- hopefully they will give with wear. Also the weight of these chunky soles is heavy as well as The color is more of a taupe than cream like the photo suggests.

The cutest docs!
This is an updated version of a style I had previously early y2k. I love this style, but wish it still had the top two eyelets as D rings instead of holes. They run big if you go by the US size. Although I am an IT36 (US6), the US5/uk3 is advertised as EU 36 and that’s what I ordered and these fit me right. There is a slight heel slipage, barely noticeable, but I tried tying my laces a bit tighter and hopefully once broken in it will go away. The laces seemed little and delicate, so I bought some nice thick vintage DM laces and they are so perfect! I had my previous pair for over 10 years and it was time for some new ones. I got the color Pisa which was a nice neutral grey with pinkish/lavender undertone. The leather is softer than my vintage pair was.

Cute shoe and very good quality the only issue I have is that they are a bit snug which is not normal as I do have many other Dr. Marten shoes this same size and they fit me great and I Threw away the box thinking I'd be fine so I'm just out of luck to return. Not to mention theyd want to charge me for shipping when I made sure my purchase was enough to get free shipping to begin with.
