perfectly made
I picked up the brown suede today at the store. They reminded me of shoes my mom had when she was young mind u she is 87 now. I love them. I got my size and fit perfect. In my opinion true to size.

Highly Disappointed
I must say I am highly disappointed in Nordstrom Rack. I received my shoe order and I bought 3 pair. 2 of the pair which delivered together. However, the way the shoes were simply thrown in a bag with no box, no wrapping or cushion to prevent scratches, scuffing or damages to my $80 a pair new suede shoes has made me highly disappointed. There was no reason for this and it is a terrible way to treat my purchase. I buy from Nordstrom Rack for a reason. For quality and customer service. Seems like I could have gotten better treatment at a thrift store. With the economy the way it is and people spending their hard earned money and can’t even get their shoes mailed to them in a box is ridiculous. Do Better NR

Cute but my heels had a bubble or something
I was surprised how comfy these 10s were, because the front looks so pointy. They were plenty comfy, and the point looked stylish without pain. HOWEVER, the left shoe made a little snap, crackle, popping sound and sensation when I walked, as if heel had bubble that crept in while they were molding it. It's irritating and I have had a pair of shoes that eventually developed that and they became unwearable, so I'm sending these back ASAP. If you can get a pair without that, they are VERY, very attractive.

Too Narrow in the Toe Box
I have some heeled sandals from the same brand which are very comfortable so I had high hopes for these.
Unfortunately, the shape of the toe box make these very uncomfortable. I even sized up 1/2 size but the height of the heel pushes your toes forward and the narrow point would not be bearable for any amount of walking. The brown suede is a lovely color for the fall though - too bad they’re so uncomfortable.
