Same as the other review, the shoe fits, but the heel just slips out. Must be the design. Have to return it even tho it is cute.

I really wanted to keep these sneakers but my heal kept slipping out no matter how tight I tied them. The length of the shoe was perfect, so I didn’t want to size down. Overall they were very comfortable and good quality, they just didn’t work for me.
