Love these boots!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these boots! Fit is perfect, and comfortable on first wear, like all my AE shoes and boots. Leather is soft, hearty and comfortable. I’m excited that they’re weatherproof, enabling me to wear them in wet weather and not worry at all. I’m pleased with the height - I’d worried they may be too high (my other AE boots are low) but they’re perfect. Also, the “upper” isn’t so tight as to push against one’s shin when driving, for example. Fully high AE quality, super glad I chose them. It’ll be hard to resist getting more!

Decent boot but photos misleading
Fairly well made boot. I’m guessing these are factory seconds. Mine had a little misalignment on the panels and a small blemish on the welt. Colors as shown are incorrect. Check the AE site for the correct colors - what’s shown here as Husk is what I received with my order of Brown (AE lists this as Cheyenne Brown) Husk is a dark grey weathered leather.

Really nice boots!
The boot was very comfortable, fit well and appeared to be another really well made Allen Edmonds product. The color I ordered (husk) is not well represented at in the online picture. I wondered if maybe I had been shipped the wrong product… in any case I ended up returning the boots because I just did not like the color.

Well-made, but color is off
Great quality leather, well-made. However, I ordered brown pair and received a very light brown color boots - exactly as in the featured video. Nowhere near the picture that shows truly dark brown boots. Unfortunately, need to return.

Great Boots
Comfortable out of the box. Ordered my typical AE size and required a boot sock for the fit I wanted. AE quality, look and feel as expected. Love the Roper high boot.
