Soft and Comfortable
Who knew that a flat shoe could be so comfortable? I have high arches so the need for arch support has always been paramount. I purchase my first pair(light beige) and two months later I purchase a second(chestnut) pair on-line. The leather is buttery soft and the style goes with everything

Worn shoes sent to me from website
Worn shoes when they arrived at my door. Daughter works for Nordstrom and says this happens all the time. People abuse the return policy and the people who take returns need to review the merchandise more closely. Then employees just put it back in stock and it comes up on the website and sent to another customer. PEOPLE STOP ABUSING NORDSTROM. STOP USING THEM AS A RENTAL BUSINESS. DISGUSTING!!!
The guy that took my return, says this happens all the time. People call in and tell customer service and no one ever does anything about it. You’re a fortune 500 company get your act together. Stop selling used merchandise.

True to size, despite reviews
I've been searching for a basic black loafer, so when these were on sale, but with only a size 9 left, I read through the reviews and decided to purchase. Many reviews said to size down, but I typically wear a 9.5 for reference, and I do believe that would be my correct size in this shoe. Sadly, I will be returning.

If you have wide feet, don't size down
I listened to the reviews and ordered a half size smaller. They arrived and were too small. I have a wide foot, so I think that if you have narrow feet, it might be smart to size down. However, if you have wide feet, order your normal size.
