Sad to rate these so low as I typically run in Brooks (just not this style). I ran 2x in these shoes and my feet and joints hurt. I switched back to the Glycerine with no issue.

love it
I usually wear size 7.5, but for the Ghost 16 I had to size up to 8, and it fits perfectly. The shoes are very comfortable. The cushioning is excellent and keeps my feet from getting tired, and the upper is breathable so my feet don’t overheat. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and would recommend going at least half a size up

Great Arch Support!
