I always gravitate toward them because it feels like they go with every outfit, they are super comfortable, and I get compliments on them all the time. I would definitely recommend going up a half size, as they do run a little small. I'm normally an 8.5 and a 9 fit PERFECT.

The wide calf fit perfectly, might size up next time since I had a 9 wide and it was a little tight in the toe box, but otherwise a really great fit.

Finally, after 4 months of searching daily both the US and Canada, I was so happy to snag them on sale, could hardly believe my luck! These wedge boots are the best--comfy, stylish, warm--everything you ever want from a high heel without breaking your back or bank. As with everyone else's review, it's a good idea to size down. I'm normally a 7.5/8 and I got the 7.5. It still has enough room for wearing thick socks, and comfy enough for regular socks with some wiggle room. I live in San Francisco, so it never gets cold enough to require thick socks. Works well in the rain too!
