Kelssa Boot - Wide Width (Women)

I ordered the wide-width version; however, the standard-width version was delivered. Although the box is labeled as wide width, the shoes themselves are not wide. As you see in my photo, I am certain of this because I already own the wide-width version, and this was my second purchase. I compared the two pairs directly and can confirm that the pair I received is not the wide-width version. For your reference, the wide version (size 7½) measures 3.5 inches in width. The pair I received measures approximately 3.1 inches in width, which appears to be the standard width, not the wide version. Based on this, I will be returning the item.
