This shoes are at least one size bigger than what they are marked as, im size 8w in any other brand and shoe type, this size 8 feels more like a 9 or 9.5. I contacted customer service and got no resolution

HUGE! Wish I read the reviews.
I gave it 3 stars because the shoe is really cute however I am not sure where they are getting the size reference because they are huge! I know my foot is big but sheesh! I honestly feel like it’s going off of men sizes.

Loved Shoe
This shoe is what I was looking for but ran wide and big. Bc I do most shopping online, just returning them. Nervous that even 1/2 size down would be too big. Normally an 8 in dress shoes 8 1/2 tennis shoe. Wish it would’ve worked
