WAY too big
I am a true 7.5. I ordered 7.5 which states it is 9.5 inches. It is absolutely 10.50 inches and they are a final sale item so I couldn't even exchange them. Such a disappointment since I have so many outfits to wear them with. Had I known, a 6.5 could have been perfect. NordstromRack, please update this product.
