Nordstrom Rack NOW Sells USED ITEMS
Ordered these shoes and was astonished to find the shoes were completely used. Not only were the bottom soles DIRTY AND BLACK but there were worn creases in the shoes. Then it got better when I called Customer Service and the rep wanted to charge me $9.95 for the return label. This store/brand has become worse than shopping at a flea market. Cause when I went to return the shoes instore...both the cashier and store manager questioned the return as if I was lying and wore them. Which I purchased as a gift and not for myself. HORRIBLE is the word I would DEFINE Nordstrom Rack as. BTW, once the shoes were returned they were posted back on the website to be sold again.
