poor quality
The style of these shoes is beautiful. I bought them in burgundy and in mulberry. Loved the way they looked but returned both due to some discomfort at the elasticized heel and due to the cheap flocking on the bottom. I know companies flock the bottoms to save money, but they make the shoes slippery (I once wiped out on a flight of wood stairs, wearing shoes with flocked soles) and they collect debris and germs from outside. If they hadn’t been flocked, I would’ve kept both pairs and hoped the elastic loosened a little with wear, but I hate cheap shoes, so they got returned.

Cute and comfy
Bought as a Hail Mary because need black work shoes. Definitely work appropriate or can use for something a little fancier. A tad more narrow than expected, feels like it inside the shoe, but keep checking and not rolling over on the outside (walking on the toe side?). Farting noises when walk but hoping that goes away with time and wear.

gorgeous burgandy flat
size 11 burgundy. shoe is absolutely very pretty. I found it to be a little short (no wiggle room whatsoever in the toe box). sadly returned. finding the Linea Paolo brand maybe too short for my typical size 11 foot.

Extremely comfortable
I purchased these flats for a trip to Paris, and they did not fail me. I walked for miles in them the first time that I wore them, without any issue. For those who truly need arch support, you may have to add inserts, but otherwise, an extremely comfortable and stylish shoe (I dressed them down with jeans one day, and up for a nice dinner with a dress the next.... lightweight, beautiful, excellent travel shoe!)
