Not for a medium size foot
This shoe is extremely uncomfortable. I have an Narrow foot an still found this shoe to be extremely tight all around my foot and the the band at the heel really digs into the heel

Fits right on point. If you like a little space up front or back of sandal maybe order 1 size up. Very soft and comfortable, including backs trap.
