Wondered about back strap, but...
...the back strap is snug and stays on my heel. That was the make-or-break point and since that worked well, I am keeping these dress sandals. I ordered the gun metal version as I already have a lot of black dress shoes. The heel and foot bed are sturdy and that is good for my flat feet and bunions. I think they can be worn with jeans and other casual situations. The fit me true to size so I am glad I bought them especially since Munro is going out of business. Kudos to Nordstrom for being a solid outlet for Munro shoes all these years!
