Poor materials and construction
I have now purchased two pairs of these shoes - thinking that the issue with my heel splitting was just a fluke on the first pair, However I now understand that it is something in the production of the shoe itself,
The heel and sole are not constructed well, give out, squeak and split under less than 3 months of occasional wear,

Best Shoe for Europe
I did a ton of research to search for the most comfortable shoe for my trip to Europe. This by far was the best choice. I normally wear a 7.5 but purchased the 8 because it fit the best when comparing both sizes. They were such a success for my vacation to Paris and Italy in which we averaged 20,000 steps per day. Great choice. You won’t be disappointed. It paired well with my outfits and very comfortable. If they got dirty, I was able to wipe them down, no problem.

Cute, but not built to last
I was so excited for these shoes when I first tried them on—they were really comfortable and didn't stray into looking like bowling shoes the way a lot of shoes this style do.
But unfortunately, the leather (if it's actually leather?) is really flimsy. They immediately developed weird creases on the first use, and after I wore them a couple more times the color started flaking off of them, so they looked old and worn even though I'd only had them for a couple of weeks. All in all, not worth the money imo!
