They came in a plastic bag in a box. No original packaging no dust bag. There’s so many scuffs and the backs of the shoes are so worn the metallic leather isn’t even metallic anymore. The leather is punctured on one heel. The platforms have scratches and scuffs. I have never received a shoe from Nordstrom in this bad of condition. These could have just been sent to their last chance store. The cherry on top? No exchanges or returns. Buy at your own risk. I have worn SW shoes but the scuffs and wear has always come from me, never have a received a shoe worn out with a new sole. This is just trash.
