Veronica Harness Moto Bootie (Women)

I bought these gorgeous boots in a size 8 because I have worn a size 8 in every other shoe for 20 years. They are slightly too small. I would deal with that and assumed they would stretch out, even though I hoped that boots of this quality would have just fit nicely from the beginning. The real disappointment came when I went to take my boots off, and the zipper stuck. I could not get it beyond halfway. Another adult attempted to work the zipper down, but it remained stuck. I eventually had to wrench them off my feet, with some discomfort because the zipper had refused to move. It remains stuck halfway up, rendering the boots useless. It makes me so sad, as I had always assumed I would get the highest quality when I finally purchased chased Frye Boots. I was told they were final sale, so I threw my money away on boots that are unwearable, since the zipper won’t move and I can’t wedge my foot back in.
