Reignn Pump (Women)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just picked up my package. I placed an order for three pairs of shoes (REIGNN) in different colors. The shoes look great in the photos on the website but in person they look very cheap, the material looks very ordinary. I bought them because the design seemed pretty to me but you should lower the price or at least raise the quality of the material. One of the shoes arrived with defects, it is peeling on the heel, this is the second time that a shoe with defects has arrived. The most incredible thing is that you ship knowing that the shoe has defects. It is very obvious and evident, impossible not to have seen it before shipping it. I will have to return it and the worst thing is that I will have to wait almost a month for a replacement or my money back. I wish you guys would be more diligent and take customers' time and money more seriously.
