Heel broke after 2 wears
I really loved these booties and they were super comfortable and cute, but the second time I wore them, the bottom of the heel totally came off. I also noticed the leather was peeling off already too. I brought back to the Nordstrom Rack store in hopes to exchange for another pair, but they denied me that opportunity and said even after 1 wear they could not issue an exchange or store credit. Disappointing.

Disaster
I am surprised that Nordstrom is selling this! I bought this for my after party wedding. As I put them on I noticed that the leather was peeling and coming off little by little. Every time I’m walking there’s a white leather pieces coming off the shoes! Very disappointed that Nordstrom even sell this shoes. Positive side Nordstrom has a great return policy.

I bought these I really enjoy the way, Calvin Klein boots fit, and the overall look. They are so comfortable easily to wear all day at work. I was actually really disappointed this morning when I put them on and walked through the threshold of the front door, and the whole heel came off.
