Beautiful Aesthetic, Poor Build Quality
I would love to give this shoe a full 5/5, but mine's started tearing apart in areas that I've never had a shoe tear in with only about 6 months of use. I use these for work and the gym so it's mainly walking and lifting, not intense running, therefore I expected the shoe to last much longer. I love the aesthetic design and color of the shoe, I really like how the stripes were displayed. The comfort is good, not too soft with a nice firm feeling. The outsole is still lasting. The upper is breathable. But it's in the upper where the tear started appearing in two areas, one on the side and the other close to it, and the damage occurred on each shoe, so each shoe has a noticeable-to-significant cut. I'm really disappointed in the quality of a Y-3 product, these were my first Y-3 shoes. I hope they keeping making black colorways of the running shoes and I hope they improve the product quality of their designs.
