Rack sent wrong Jean, No exchange, lost sale price
I purchased the Blk/Onyx but received the Manzanillo colored jeans instead. I purchased at the additional 20% off Flash Sale, but when I called Cust. Serv. to exchange, I was told they would have to be returned and I would have to complete a new purchase for the Blk/Onyx. However, when I went to do so, the Blk/Onyx color jeans were no longer on Sale. I did not re-purchase out of principle. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
