Visible scratches, very disappointing
Nice shoes but came with very large scratch marks. They came in a clear plastic bag, (no box) so whoever packed the shoes couldn't have missed seeing the scratches. Won't order from nordstrom again

Quality Fit Comfort
I used to wear Born shoes years ago and can’t remember why I stopped. As soon as I tried these shoes on it was like going home. Very well made and oh so comfortable. They are a different color like a grayish brown but look very good with jeans. I will try other Born shoes for the price you will not get this quality from shoes that cost three times as much.
