Kimora Bow Block Heel Bootie (Women)

I was very excited about these shoes, but they were extremely disappointing. Although the sizing is accurate, the upper gapes badly. The trim and material look and feel cheap, and the color is much brighter than shown online, not the rich yellow pictured. Overall, these do not match the product images and feel poorly constructed. Returning.

These shoes are cute and a bit unique to anything I have in my shoe collection. They are very comfortable. You can definitely wear these with skirts or jeans. Are they the best quality? Meh. I usually buy leather shoes, but I liked the look of these, so I got them anyway. They won't be my go-to shoes, but I am sure I will get some wear out of them.

I called the same day I received the shoes to report the big black grease looking soil on the left foot at the front on the outside. I asked if an exchange can be sent to the store near me while I return this one. I was told NO! I have to pay before another pair can be shipped out. Really? That was just common courtesy!
