Love them!
First day and I already love them. At first, they were a bit squeaky on certain floor surfaces but the noise sort of disappeared throughout the day. They are very comfortable even though I bought them tiny bigger than I should. For some reason the picture shows the color a bit redish but in person, they are more brown. Nonetheless, the color is quite nice.

love these, but
Love these, but they put a sticker on the sole of the boot that says they are waterproof. Once you remove the sticker, the outline on the sole never goes away. Like it was burned into the sole. Very annoying. Other than that, I love the color and style! Just have to return because of the sticker outline, it’s driving me nuts!

Not New Shoes
The shoes look like second-handed when it arrived. There are apparent kink marks onboth shoes. The color also looks dirty. Someone must have worn it for at least a month.

Love them!

Love my booties
These are my fav booties. I also have them in cream/white. They are stylish and comfortable. If you are planning on wearing them with thick socks, you may want to go up a size. The waterproof sticker comes off easily and did not leave a mark.

Disappointed in Nordstrom
I have seen other reviews about this, but today it happened to me. I received a pair of used and stained boots. I knew as soon as I opened the bag package, not box, and saw they were in a plastic bag! Ew! Nordstrom please do better, you’re acting like a thrift store, where this would be expected and tolerated. Unacceptable!
