Defect on heal
I received this shoe which was $184 and the is a defect on the right heel. I will be requesting another pair and should nit have to pay to ship this pair back.

Nice shoe but not true to size
The shoes appear to be well-built and are very nice. The only downside is that the toe area seems to be a bit longer than normal. I keep hitting the front of the shoe when I walk. I've had other Cole Hann without this issue.
