Runs very small
I couldn’t even put my foot in the booty. I am a true 11 and Nordstroms would not let me return them.

Ankle boots, zebra print
Just what I was looking for to accent a zebra belt and jeans. Well constructed, great style, zippers are a bit of a challenge .

runs a little small
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried on multiple styles of Hasbeens lately, boots, sandals, you name it and what I learned is that sizing is not consistent. In some styles, I must go up a full size while in other styles, I need to go down. The zip it emy boots run smallish. I ordered a 36, 37, and 38 in various colors. I found the natural leather to be the stiffest and too painful to even attempt breaking in at each size ordered. The navy blue are by far my favorite. The 36 was too small overall. The size 37 (my normal EU size) was ok length-wise but the leather at the toe box was not comfortable nor was the leather over the bridge of my foot. It was just a little too tight with my socks on and the leather insole I bought separately for the boots. I put the boots on without socks and/or without the very thin, lightly padded leather insole, it would have fit just fine but I intend to wear the boots with socks. The foot bed doesn't fit my foot shape that well without the thin leather liner which also added a level of comfort that I require. I sized up to a 38 and found these to be the best fit. They were only very slightly long for the foot bed but very comfortable and allowed for both a warm sock and my leather insole. It leather at the one size up also fit the best across the bridge of the foot (were the arch is) and allowed for the most room in the toe box without my toes touching the ends and rubbing. The leather of Hasbeens is stiff. They should eventually stretch and fit well with wear but if you buy a size that is a little too small, you may not be able to bear the break-in period. I have friends that did that and never did get them to fit well because they were just a bit too small to begin with. The colored leather is softer than the natural (which I could not recommend to ANYONE) but the colored leather is doable. I do like the fun colors for something different and more visually interesting than black or brown all the time (which I have plenty and don't need). The footbed fits best for a narrow to mid-width foot which is most likely the reason I had to size up. I have a medium width foot and my normal EU size of 37 wasn't working for me...a hair to narrow to make trying to break the boots worth it. If you can afford it, I would buy both your regular size and one size up to compare the fit. If you are only going to buy one to try, go up a size. Additionally, if you add an aftermarket insole, you will find them so much more comfortable (in which case you should definitely go with the one size up). I decided to keep the navy blue one size up.

Feet feel in heaven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was nervous purchasing these boots because I wasn't sure if they would fit tight or run small but to my surprise they were PERFECT! Not tight at all or too small! I have wide feet so that is always a concern when purchasing shoes online but I absolutely find these boots to fit comfortably.
