Joan of Arctic Faux Fur Waterproof Snow Boot (Women)

I was soooo excited to get these!! BUT unfortunately they did not meet my expectations at all, sooo sad!! :( I purchased my size and while they fit my foot, the break on the top of the boot dug deeply into the top of my foot and the boots were painfully uncomfortable. Also, the laces were rough like twine and felt like really poor quality for being Sorel. I was so disappointed that these didn't work!

True to size. I debated for a few days what size to get as I saw a lot of reviews say they ran big. I’m a 9 so I purchased an 8.5. This was a mistake and they are snug even with thin socks. Definitely recommend ordering your regular shoe size. Other than that these boots are so stylish, warm and comfort fitting.

I purchased these for my mom to replace her 10 yr old Sorels that she said were wearing out. I bought the khaki color and they look just like the photo. They're really cute. My mom and I wear the same size so I tried them on and they are big in the ankle area. They also slide off in the back. Normally I can't wear these style Sorel because of my huge calfs. They don't look bad on my calfs, but the ankle area looks ridiculously bulky. I know she would love the color, so I'm torn. Do I wait til Xmas and let her try them on herself or return them for another style. Ugh! They also shed.

The boots are incredible. The outside is a suede like material. Nice, lace up relatively easy to get on. HOWEVER… They do have a boot liner that makes them feel tighter that the actual size. If you like a roomier fit, like to wear thick socks, or have claustrophobic toes/ toe wiggles (like me) , I definitely recommend sizing up. A half size could do but it seems they only have full sizes, but that should be too much of a problem. I’m also someone who often wears a size 10.5 so I thought I’d be good. I was wrong. I will most like swap them out for a size 12.
