Is it real gold or defective?
Never have I seen a solid gold piece of jewelry snap in half so easily. Tried to put on necklace around her neck and without any hard pull or tug it snapped.
Very embarrassed. Glad I bought her many other gifts. Definitely returning.

Chain is 16 inches
This chain is advertised at Approximately 18 inches. I received it and it was 16 inches 2 inches short does not define approximately. The description should just say the chain is 16 inches long. It is misleading. I ordered it twice just to see if it was a mistake. No mistake! False advertising!

Paper Clip necklace
Paper clip necklaces are on style and it was but it was so small the links…. People should know the size and weight of the gold. I was disappointed and returned.

Poor quality, fell apart twice
Purchased and chain link broke first week, took to jeweler and spent $29 for repair, fell apart three days later, it is so thin!!!!!!
