Starting Rate
US Orders over $100
  • Applies to orders over $100 before tax. International orders and all items over 5lbs excluded.
US orders under $100 containing only Jewelry, Watches, Accessories and/or Beauty items
All other US orders under $100
  • An international surcharge of 20% will apply, which covers GST, PST and duties.
  • Orders over $1000 (AUD) cannot be processed at this time.
Note: Shipping rates valid on online orders only. Incremental charges may apply to domestic and international orders for additional weight and size. For international orders, currency exchange rates may vary at time of shipment, affecting duties and tax. Please contact Customer Care for more details.

Easy 45-Day Returns
Having second thoughts? No worries—we're here to help! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your eligible items by mail or to your nearest Nordstrom Rack store within 45 days of the original ship date.

To confirm whether your item is returnable, check your invoice, email confirmation or "Orders" page.

Return Policy
  • Apparel, footwear and accessories (bags, sunglasses, leather goods, jewelry and watches) may be returned unless the item is marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable
  • Items must be returned within 45 days
  • Returns received after the 45-day return period are accepted at our discretion. Late returns that are accepted will be subject to a partial refund of 50% of their original sale prices. This will appear on your orders page as 'late-return fee'
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, hang tags, dust bags, eyewear cases, shoe boxes and gift boxes when applicable
  • Items must not be worn, altered or damaged
  • Items purchased from Home, Beauty and Vintage events are final sale
  • Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of tender or a gift card (gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law).

Simply bring your invoice and eligible item(s) to a Nordstrom Rack store near you.

Once you return an item it will not be available for immediate repurchase.

Return By Mail
Send your item(s) back to us with the shipping label that we'll provide.

The return shipping fee is $5.95 for the US, $10.95 for Canada and $25.95 for Australia. We'll automatically deduct the fee from your refund.

Gift Returns
  • Gift Recipients may return eligible gift items to Nordstrom Rack stores for in-store merchandise credit. Merchandise credit issued from store returns cannot be redeemed online.
  • In-store gift refunds will be issued as a Nordstrom Gift Card—redeemable online and in store at Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack and HauteLook.
  • To receive a refund to the original form of payment, the purchaser must return the item themselves either in store or by mail.
  • All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment.
  • Refunds for orders purchased with Nordstrom Gift Cards and/or Nordstrom Notes will be issued as a Nordstrom Gift Card and mailed to the original billing address. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
Price Adjustments
  • We do not make price adjustments on previous purchases. Savings are based on estimated comparison prices, which may be from the same or similar items from prior seasons. We strive to give you the best value; we encourage you to shop around.
Refund Processing Time
  • Returns to a Nordstrom Rack store will be refunded to the original form of payment or gift card on the spot.
  • Mail-in returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center.
Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
