  • Q: How do I apply for a corporate credit card?
    To apply for a corporate card, please have your department manager email Linda Tri at linda.tri@hautelook.com
  • Q: How do I apply for a Nordstrom credit card?
    A: Fill out an application (available near HR on the 17th floor), and submit it to HR with a valid ID for processing. (Note: Nordstrom tender must be used online if you wish to apply your employee discount to a purchase.)
  • Q: How do I submit an order request for business cards?
    A: If you are eligible, complete the business card request form and email it to breanna.carter@hautelook.com.
  • Q: I'm having a tech issue. How do I submit a service desk ticket to get help?
    A: Please visit https://nrhl.service-now.com/coco/ to submit a ticket.
  • Q: Where is the supply room?
    A: There are supply and copy rooms on both the 16th and 17th floors (parallel to the Customer Care and Technology departments, respectively).
  • Q: What if I need supplies that aren't currently available?
    A: Please send an email to receptionist@hautelook.com.
  • Q: Where is the mail room?
    A: On the 17th floor near the reception desk.
  • Q: How do I book a conference room?
    A: You can find a list of conference rooms in Outlook by starting the scheduling assistant search with LAHQ.
  • Q: What are the office hours?
    A: Office hours for our three LA-based locations are:
    LAHQ—8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
    Culver—6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
    San Bernardino—7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Q: What do I need to do if I have a visitor coming to the office (e.g. a vendor or colleague)?
    A: Please email your visitor's information to receptionist@hautelook.com at least 24 hours in advance to ensure building access.

  • Q: Where can I find info about benefits and perks (e.g. enrollment, pay, PTO etc.)?
    A: Log in to your account on mynordstrom.com, then navigate to the appropriate tab on the homepage.
  • Q: Does Nordstrom offer gym or wellness discounts?
    A: Yes! Nordstrom offers our employees a nationwide gym discount via the Active & Fit Direct program. Log in to mynordstrom.com > Nordstrom Benefits Portal > Wellness Program > Active & Fit Direct to get started.
