Entries with inappropriate comments or images may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to void all entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed, or similar entry duplication method, and to disqualify any entrant using such an entry method. If you are posting a photograph, you must have permission from the photographer or be the photographer yourself, and have permission from any persons who appear in the photograh before submitting it. You agree to assist Sponsor obtain necessary releases as applicable. During the Entry Period, you must disclose your relationship with Sponsor in any online posts you make which reference Sponsor by including the hashtag #sweepstakes. Prizes; Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”); Odds: There will be one (1) prize available to be awarded. The confirmed winner will receive one (1) Nordstrom Rack gift card. (ARV: $500.00 USD). Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded: $500.00 USD. Prizes pictured in advertising, marketing or promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between statements contained in any such materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Prizes are awarded “as is’ with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Any applicable taxes and all other costs/expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of each winner. Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions, or any act or omission whatsoever with respect to any prize. Drawing; Confirmation; and Notification: One (1) potential winner will be randomly selected on or about Friday, October 17, 2025, from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.Entrants must have a valid TikTok account to be notified. Potential winner will be contacted via TikTok Direct Message (“Notification”) at the TikTok account used for entry on or about Friday, October 17, 2025, in order for Sponsor to verify entrant’s eligibility and confirm them as a winner. POTENTIAL WINNERS MUST RESPOND TO SPONSOR WITHIN 24 HOURS OF NOTIFICATION.

If a potential winner cannot be notified, cannot/does not respond to Sponsor within 24 hours of Notification, is not otherwise in compliance with these Rules, or chooses not to accept a prize, prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may select another potential winner at random from among remaining eligible entries. Potential winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release at Sponsor’s discretion before they are confirmed as a winner.

General: Winners agree Sponsor and its desgnees shall have the right (where legal), but not the obligation, to use their name, TikTok handle, city/state of residence, and comments/post (including images, photographs, and/or videos) for advertising, publicity, and other purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world, in perpetuity, without prior approval, permission, notification, or compensation. Upon request, winners will provide consent to such use in writing. If you are selected and are confirmed as a winner,Winners must disclose their relationship with Sponsor in all online posts related to this Sweepstakes and reference Sponsor by including a statement such as “I received a prize from Sponsor” in any such online posts.
